The City of Chula Vista recognizes and supports the right of many of our employees to be part of collective bargaining units. Human Resources Administration promotes and maintains a positive labor relations climate between the bargaining units and management. Each of the City of Chula Vista's five collective bargaining units has an active memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the City, along with any side letter agreements entered into during the period covered by the MOU.
