Volunteers assist in the three branches of the library, and through the Friends of the Library. Volunteers assist with tutoring, homework help, shelving materials and many other tasks.


YOUTH Volunteer Applications  
(Ages 15.5 - 17)

ADULT Volunteer Applications
(Ages 18+) 

Volunteers must commit to a minimum of one hour per week for six months.

Founded in 1968, the Friends of the Chula Vista Library is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to the support of the Chula Vista Public Library and the Heritage Museum through advocacy, fundraising and volunteerism.
