Effective May 4th, the Chula Vista Police Department will reopen the front counter and lobby to the public (Monday -Friday from 8am-5pm). Out of an abundance of caution, and in accordance with State Guidelines issued regarding the COVID-19 outbreak, lobby customers will be expected to observe social distance and wear face coverings before entering the lobby. The health and well-being of Chula Vista residents during the COVID-19 outbreak remains our top priority and we appreciate your cooperation when you visit the Police Department.
Please be aware that we will not be able to offer public live scan & ink fingerprint services at this point. The services may be available at a later date.
