Dashboards allow users to explore information from multiple perspectives by selecting or grouping different values within a single view. This makes it possible to review data without visiting multiple pages.
To begin, select or clear filters, categories, or values within the dashboard to update the information displayed.
Dashboard Navigation Tips
- Expand or Collapse the Dashboard

Use the expand/collapse control located in the bottom-right corner of the dashboard to adjust the display size.
- Switch Between Dashboards
Use the left arrow (“<”) and right arrow (“>”) controls at the bottom center of the dashboard to move between available dashboards.
- Apply Filters

Some dashboards include filters to narrow results. Select a value to filter the data.
To select multiple values, press and hold the Ctrl (Control) key while making your selections.
To reset the dashboard and view all data, clear all selected values.
- Interact with Data Visualizations

You can refine the data by selecting elements within charts or tables, such as bars, sections of a pie chart, or table entries.
To remove a selection, select the same element again.
Important Information About Data Use
Before interpreting the data, review all selected filters and options to ensure the dashboard reflects your intended view.
Dashboards are useful tools for reviewing information; however, they do not provide full context on their own. Avoid drawing conclusions without additional information or discussion with staff.
