Live Scan Fingerprinting (Appointment Required)

Live Scan fingerprinting is available by appointment at the Chula Vista Police Department, 315 Fourth Avenue, Chula Vista, CA 91911.

Hours:
Tuesday to Thursday, 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Fees:
$18 per set of prints, plus any additional fees required by the California Department of Justice or the FBI.

Required:
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or visa) and a completed Live Scan request form.

Ink Fingerprinting (No Appointment Necessary)

Ink fingerprinting is available at the Chula Vista Police Department, 315 Fourth Avenue, Chula Vista, CA 91911.

Hours:
Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Fees:
$12 per card.

Required:
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID. Fingerprint cards must be provided by the requester. The Police Department does not supply fingerprint cards.

Appointments:
No appointment is required.

The Chula Vista Police Department is not a certified fingerprinting provider for immigration purposes. Contact U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for certified locations.
