This Division manages City of Chula Vista Capital Improvement Program (CIP) construction contracts and Chula Vista bayfront development projects to ensure compliance with City standards and deliver quality and safe public infrastructure. This responsibility includes providing construction management, construction administration, quality control inspection, and coordinating construction surveying and monument perpetuation, traffic engineering support, and lab testing of construction materials used in the field.
