Community Facilities District 97-1
The district was formed in 1998 to provide services for the maintenance of medians, drainage facilities, parkways, per miter slope areas, trails, community gardens, and pedestrian bridges within Otay Ranch Villages One and Five. This district is comprised of two zones - Zone A and Zone B.
