Community Facilities District 11M
The district was formed in 2004 to provide services for the maintenance of landscaping and storm water improvements within Rolling Hills Ranch.
The maintenance consists in general of the following:
- Habitat Maintenance
- Johnson Canyon Maintenance
- Proctor Valley Road Maintenance
- Storm Water Quality Maintenance
Special Tax Report- Resolution No. 2004-175 - Ordering and Directing the Preparation of CFD Report
- Resolution No. 2004-174 - Declaring Intention to Establish CFD
- Resolution No. 2004-173 - Adopting a Boundary Map
- Rate and Method of Apportionment
