Approved Vendors only!

Vendors must confirm by noon on Thursday before the event.

To Confirm an Event:

  1. Select "Confirm an Event" in the "I Want To" pull-down menu and complete the remainder of the form.
  2. Print the email confirmation you receive. 
  3. Bring a copy of the confirmation to your customer the day of the event - it will serve as their permit!
  4. Vendors and Customers - Sign confirmation prior to the event (must be signed on the day of the event).

To Cancel an Event:

Select "Cancel a Previous Confirmation" in the "I Want To" pull-down menu and complete the remainder of the form. You may provide your customer with the cancellation confirmation (optional), however, do NOT email any other event confirmations!

Please Note:
  • Air Jump generators are for operating air jumps only. Vendor assumes responsibility of ensuring that no additional devices are allowed to be plugged into the generator during the event.

  • Air Jumps can be no larger than 15 x 15 feet. No combos or slides are allowed unless approved by completing the Special Park Use Form.

  • Ponies are NOT allowed at the following parks: Harborside, Horizon, Montevalle, Mount San Miguel, Salt Creek, Veterans and Windingwalk.

Terms and Conditions

By submitting this event confirmation, I certify that I am an authorized representative of the company named above and assume responsibility for compliance with all City rules and regulations governing the use of vendors at park facilities, including those listed below.  Furthermore, I certify that the insurance policy provided as a condition of being placed on list of approved vendors for the City of Chula Vista continues to be in effect and remains unchanged. The customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring the validity of this certification, including verification of the vendor's insurance and license documents, and their status on the city's approved Vendor List.

  • This event confirmation DOES NOT provide or imply any type of guarantee or binding agreement between the vendor and the customer.
  • The City assumes no responsibility for cancellation by either party, with or without consent or notice.
  • All City rules and regulations pertaining to deposits, refunds and fees apply.

Customer/Permitee:

This document serves as your permit to have the listed vendor provide you with an Air Jump, Pony Rides, or Party Planning services at your scheduled event. Your reservation fee payment allows this vendor in your designated City park.

The City does not guarantee service or quality of service provided by the vendor you selected. The person named on the permit assumes full responsibility for ensuring that all City rules and regulations are followed by the vendor (and other attendees).
