Approved Vendors only!
Vendors must confirm by noon on Thursday before the event.
To Confirm an Event:
- Select "Confirm an Event" in the "I Want To" pull-down menu and complete the remainder of the form.
- Print the email confirmation you receive.
- Bring a copy of the confirmation to your customer the day of the event - it will serve as their permit!
- Vendors and Customers - Sign confirmation prior to the event (must be signed on the day of the event).
To Cancel an Event:
Select "Cancel a Previous Confirmation" in the "I Want To" pull-down menu and complete the remainder of the form. You may provide your customer with the cancellation confirmation (optional), however, do NOT email any other event confirmations!
